What services does PC Solutions provide to customers?
First, we listen Consulting: We meet and listen. We recommend Microsoft Windows-based solutions that make sense for your work and the way that you do it, whether it’s related to hardware or software. Troubleshooting and malware removal: We solve software and hardware problems every day, so chances are we’ve seen your problem before and can  quickly get you back in business.  No antivirus program or security suite is invulnerable, but we have the tools to get your problem fixed and will recommend any new security tools that would serve you better. See our Security page for more information. Repairs and Upgrades: Your PC may need a new power supply, a little more memory, a new hard drive or a new cooling fan. Whatever the issue, we can help, and will also tell you if it makes more sense to replace an old PC rather than spending a lot of money and time to fix it. Purchase advice, system setup and old equipment disposal: Moving from an old PC to a new one? We can recommend the right equipment for your needs. Once it arrives, we can move your data, reinstall your programs, set up your printers and other peripherals and get you back in business.  And your new PC will be fully updated and secure before you begin using it. Disposing of an old PC or printer? We make sure your cast-offs are disposed of in an environmentally sound manner. Software training: We can assist your with learning how to use many programs, concentrating on what you need to know to get your work done.
